By using Your Daily Games you accept these terms.

The service

Your Daily Games is a free directory of daily web games. Games are hosted on third-party websites: we only link to them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, and may change or stop at any time.

Accounts

An account is optional. It lets you sync your favorites and submit games. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and you can delete it at any time from the account menu.

Submitting a game

• Submit only real, free, publicly playable games that renew daily or regularly.
• No illegal, hateful, adult, gambling, misleading or malicious content, and no content you don't have the right to share.
• Submissions are reviewed before being published. If a submission is declined, the reason is shown on your "My games" page.
• Approved games are listed publicly. We may edit a listing's description or category, translate its description, or remove a game at any time, for example if it stops working or breaks these rules.

Reporting content

To report an illegal or harmful game or listing, or if you created a game and want it removed, write to contact@yourdailygames.com with the link to the page and the reason. We review every report and act promptly.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse or disrupt the service. We may block abusive traffic or accounts.

Law

These terms are governed by French law.
